ek taraf bathkar mera babool raye.
sath main maa or sakhiya bhi roye.

ye reet hai maa baap ke ghar se beti ki vidaai.
hua babool ghar sunaa.saajan ghar khushiya hoye.

beti thi to maa baap ka naam roshan kiya.
ab bahu banke saas sasur ki sewaa karni hoye.

saas nahi maa mili sasur nahi baap mila pyaar karne wala.
itni khushi mili saajan se yahi ab mera sansaar hoye.

ghar main tulsi lagakar saajan ki nazar utarungi.
bas unki lambi umar ki khatir mujhe opvaas rakhna hoye.

hai mera farz in sabko sambhalna har ghadi.
aage jakar mujhko inka vansh bhadana hoye.
