Bhagya sarak ka kaisa ajeeb
Sadiyon se thehra naseeb
Yun hi milo chalti jaye
Manjil kahin na usse mil paye

Vahan bhari daurte jaye
Bojh anginat sehti jaye
Garme barsat sardee ka mausam
Uss ke liye na koi audhan

Ghav usske jab tan ko lage
Gadhdha vahan najar tab aaye
Turant paiband laga diye jaye
Garam charcoal se bhar diya jaye

Shehar kinare basa diye jaye
Bahumanjili imarate kharee ho jaye
Roshni ki chamak na usse bhaye
Aap beeti vo kise sunaye

Koi vriksha lagvata kinare
Chhav usske tan pe ho jaye
Hariyali dekh ke vo khush hoti
Apne pe tab itrati

Ussko kabhi cheera jaye
Pipe line bichha dee jaye
Telephone ki line toh kya
Maile ka pipe bhi garva diya jaye

Gara tarcoal se cheera see diya jaye
Roller uss pe chalva diya jaye
Namkaran usska kiya jaye
Bare logo ka nam diya jaye

Sarak teri bhi kismat kya
Annsu nikal na paye hai
