Jaane do usse, vo gujra hua waqt tha
aage kadam badhao,peeche mud jana bahut hua

shor iss dil mein akhir utha hai kyun
Andar hi dekha jaye ab baahar bahut hua.

Dard hota hai ismeiN,aankhoN se ashaq behne do
Zinda jism ko pathhar banana bahut hua.

Koi muraad subh-o-sham karti hai bekaraar
chalo ab dua ko haath uthaya jaaye bahut hua

Din nikla ab ujalon ki kami kya hai
Jaane do,uss chiraag ka charcha bahut hua.
