छा जाओ इस चमन पे बहारों की अदा से
मौज़ों से उलझ जाओ किनारों की अदा से

जुड़ जाना टूट के बहुत मुश्किल है यक़ीनन
बिखरो तो बिखर जाओ नज़ारों की अदा से

हो जायेगा रोशन ये चर्ख़ मायूसियों का
गर तू भी चमक जाये सितारों की अदा से

राहों के पत्थरों की निखार चल सूरत
चल जानिब-ए-मंज़िल ए दिल धारों की अदा से

अब मतलब क्या लगायें ए दिल बातका उनकी
होती है बात अक्सर इशारों की अदा से

पूछी है दास्ताँ क्या कभी गुलशन-ए-दिल की
देखा तुमने ज़माना सय्यारों की अदा से

हाये जाने कहाँ जाय अम्बर की हदों तक
उठती है आरज़ू ‘सरु ‘ग़ुबारों की अदा से
