                           hanstee-khilkhilaatee ye zindagee.
                           pal mein chhod jaatee ye zindagee.

                           dekar qadam-qadam  shiqast hame.n.
                           khoob  aazmaatee   ye    zindagee.

                           guzarte   waqt   ke   saath-saath.
                           door     jaatee     ye   zindagee.

                           hai  fida  chaal pe jiske zamanaa.
                           aisee   ithhlaatee  ye   zindagee.

                           haqeeqat  se  pare inn ankh.on ko.
                           khawaab  dikhlaatee  ye  zindagee.

                           chundd  roz khushgavaar banaa kar.
                           phir  roothh  jaatee  ye zindagee.

                           chippa   kar   haqeeqat  maut  kee.
                           khoob   lalchaatee   ye  zindagee.

                           hai   aisee   mashuka   ye   qalb.
                           bevafaa  kahlaatee  ye   zindagee.
