hum bhi dil mai ek haseen yaadgar rakhtay hain
soch kai taj mehel pai pehray dar rakhtay hain
krkay berbad jo khosh hain hamko zamanay walay
jakay keh do on sai hum bhi hatiyar rakhtay hain
piyaar ko baich diya hay jinhon nay zr kailiyay
jantay nahi hum bhi to khareedar rakhtay hain
drd seh kai bhi riwayaat ko seenon sai lagayay
dosst ham bhi kuch aysay wafadar rakhtay hain
dil kai drd ko hansi mai chuphayay hum hina
apni hasti mai ek adad fankaar rakhtay hain
