Yeh zindagi humaaree,  aaj raah-e-raast par to naa hai,
Abhee tak to, raah-e-raast kee khoj hee chal rahee hai,
Gaur se dekho,  hosh mein aao-o-nashaa dur bhagaao,
Sehat kee nahin shafaa kee talaash hee,  chal rahee hai,
Yeh nahin ban paayein,  ban.ne kee baat chal rahee hai,
Araam kee kyaa hai zaroorat  warzish to karte hee jaao,
Zindagi rawaanaa huee nahin koshish to chal rahee hai,
Kuchh bhi pataa nahin, abhi raastaa bhi teh huaa nahin,
Raah roshan nahin jugnuon kee taalaash chal rahee hai,
Himat naa haaro,  umeedon par zindagi  chal rahee hai!!
