gham ki is raat ki subah nahin yeh kaise dil ko samjhaun
             soch soch kar is gham ko is gham mein doobta hi jaun

hota agar samjhana  akele khud ko to shayad yeh kaam kar jaata
             dil ke tukde hue hain itne kis kis ko main ab bahlaaun

bohut dard si uth thi hai zakhmon se koi dawaa na kaam aaye
             yeh chot ubhar aati hai jab khud ko yaad un lamhon ki dilaaun

kareeb ka rishta ban gaya hai mera tanhayion ke sath 
             jaaun jo mehfil mein to kitna khud ko tanha sa main paun

armaano ko likh kar kagaz par jalaane ki koshish karta hoon
             shayad kisi tarah se apne jazbaaton ko dil se nikal laaun
