इक तशहीर से कोई हमनवां ना मिलेगा
यूँ बाँह फैलाने  से  आसमाँ ना  मिलेगा

चलकर  पत्थरों पे गर आ सको तुम तो आना
मेरी  राह  में  कोई  बागबाँ  ना  मिलेगा

ढूँढो रोशनी  के क़तरे यहीं  जुगनुओं  में
सुन मुहब्बत में कोई कहकशां ना मिलेगा

ये वादा भी है तुमसे और दावा भी मेरा
जाओगे कहीं मुझसा मेहरबां ना मिलेगा

ये ख्वाबों-ख़्याल की दुनियाँ से जुदा हैं नज़ारे
जैसा  तसव्वुर  हो  वैसा  जहाँ  ना मिलेगा

ये सच है के नफ़रत के दरमियां ना मिलेगा
गर तोड़ा किसी का दिल आशियाँ ना मिलेगा

गर मिल जाय राहों में तो लग  गले से जाना
हर जगह  है  रब  मगर  इन्सां ना  मिलेगा
