KAAFIR KAUN

Button se tujh ko umeedein khuda se naa umeedee
Mujhe bataa to sahee aur kafari kyaa hai
Iqbal

Butt hee achhe jo kabhi kaafir nahin hote
Jo pathar mein bhi khuda deikhein
Woh kabhi kaafir nahin hote
Aap to achhe khaase hee insan theh
Naam ke bhi Allama Muhammad Iqbal
Likhne-o-parhne mein choti ke shayar theh
Mere hee shahar Sialkot ke rehne waale bhi theh
Kitnaa achha khaasaa likte theh aap
Allama ke khataab mein kitne fabte theh aap
Haaye magar angrezon ne aapko khataab-e-doctor...
Jab diyaa aap ne harash se Allama se pehle lagaa liyaa
Bhool gaaye shahidon kee azaadi ke liye qurbaaniyan sab
Uss din haaye aap kitne hee saaste daamon bikk gaaye theh
Hum to Hindustan ke sonne kee chirhiya naam se khush theh
Ek aap hee theh jihein saare jahan se achhaa thaa bataayaa
Khud hee yeh keh kar usske do tukrhe kar ke
Ek alag se hee chotaa saa desh Pakistan sajaayaa
Janaab main samajhtaa hoon aslee kaafir to aap hee theh
Jo kehte kuchh aur karte kuchh aap hee theh
Saaf dil-o-sachhe insan kabhi kaafir nahin hote
