किसी ने दुआ दी किसी ने दवा दी
किसी ने हमें भी मुहब्बत सिखा दी

बहकने लगे लोग  साक़ी न प्याला
तुझे  जब  बनाया  खुदाई लुटा दी

उठे  ज़लजले  और  तूफ़ान आये
सनम की नज़र से नज़र जो मिला दी

हुआ ना कभी वो किसी तौर मेरा
मुझे देख अपनी दुनियाँ मिटा दी

किनारे बिठा के चले तुम कहाँ अब
उठी मौज जितनी जिगर में बिठा दी

ज़रा -सी -हवा  में उड़ने  लगी मैं
हदें आसमाँ की नज़र को दिखा दी

कभी  ना  समझना  अंधेरे  मिलेंगे
तिरी राह में इक शमां ही जला दी
