Yeh tasavvur hai dil-o-jaan ke andar, -
Shayirana maqaam hai maahaol ke andar, -
Woh likhenge shayiri ko yun soch kar, -
Jab khaayengi koi pyar ki chot dil par, -
Humnasheenon pe gar maye ka na ho asar, -
Samjho saqi ne pilaya hai jaam bin zahar, -
Jo uthhaate hain qalam behissi se agar, -
Likh paate nahin khulkar sachai ke jaohar, -
Jinki soch kaat-ti hai fizaaon ke chakkar, -
Woh kya jaane shayirana 'Naami' ki qadar. -

Dosto, yeh mahfil hai sajai gayi ki bazm ke adeeb aur daanishwaron se kuchh aagahi mile aur hum aur hamare ahbaab apne shayirana mizaaj ki akkaasi karen.
Taaki, jo dhundh kaafi dinon se chhat nahin paa rahi, uss silsile men iss ahqar-e-naadaar ne yeh mahaol-e-shayirana ki jot jalai hai.
Mujhe aap doston se umeed hai ki aap apne andaaz men iss bazm ko zaib-e-zeenat se sajja kar chalege.
Sab doston se arz hai ki kuchh apne qalam ki roshnaai se iss mahfil ko muattar kar ke jaayiye aur jo khayaalat ka darya hai usko rawaani se bahne dijiye.
