Tu mujhe apnakar thukra gaya phir bhi tere se mujhe nafrat nahin hai,
Par itna janle ke tere kiye ke baad tujse mohobat bhi nahin hai...

Meri tanhai aur dard ka sabab teri bewaffai nahin hai,
Isiliye toh mujhe tujse koi gila bhi nahin hai...

Jab maregi tu toh Khuda tujhe teri bewaffai ki saza khud hi dega,
Isiliye mujhe tujse tere kiye ka badla lena bhi nahin hai...

Tu samajti thi ke tere jane se main toot ke bikhar jaunga,
Mager sach bataun toh tere sahare ko Rahim thukta bhi nahin hai...

Tu sochti thi ke teri yaadon ko dil main basa kar rakhunga,
Dil phadd ke dekh;tere saath bitaya ek lamha bhi nahin hai...

Log kehte hai ke jodian Khuda banata hai,
Dard iss shayar ka itna hai ke bas ab tak woh mehboob mujhe mila bhi nahin hai...
