                                    gar   tanhaa - tanhaa  saa  mahfil   mein  ho...,
                                    phir   to     hansi    mushkil     mein    ho...,

                                    doa   buss   ithi   hai    apni   yaa   khudaa...,
                                    mohabbat     yahaan    har   dil   mein     ho...,

                                    rahnumaa ,  raaste sabhi   thhak  chuke hain  ...,
                                    yaa   ilaahi   ab   qadam   manzil   mein   ho...,

                                    ujaale   kuch   iss  tarah   se   baaantye  ki...,
                                    chiraag  ghareebo.n   ka  jhhil - mil  mein ho...,

                                    bahaaro.n  ko  hi  kyon mile  saugaat chaman ki...,
                                    khushboo -e-phhool kuch apne bhi haasil mein ho...,

                                    farq  khanjar -o -shamsheer mein karnaa jaan le...,
