                  yakee nahi hai agar daleelon pe to rubru aake
                         daur-e-muflisi mai toot te khuloos ka manzar dekho
                  woh bezar khade hain falak se giraya gaya jinhen
                         unki ankhon main bahta hua bewasi ka samndar dekho

                  dhadhak utha hai kis kadar pahiloo khamoshi ka
                         thahre hue dariya mai utha tabahi ka babander dekho

                  samseer latki hai gunahoon ki wafa ke rahnumaon par
                         ye mazra kya hai kalezon mai jhak kar ander dekho

                  idhar thama nahi hai abhi silsila zalti chitaoon ka
                         udhar khoon mai lipta hua har hath main khanjar dekho
