Zor se barsaat poori raat barasti rahi,
aur terre deed ko merri nigahe tarasti rahi,

thandi hawayo sang bundo ki aawaz gungunati rahi,
merri dhadkano mein basi ek aah tujhe bulati rahi,

jab baarish ki bundo k kuch chinto ne merre chehre ko chhua,
tab terri ankho mein chhupi nami ka mujhe ehsas hua,

mausam tou hum dono k paas ek jaisa tha,
per na terre ansuo ko barsat chhupa payi aur merra haal main kya kahu ki kaisa tha,

merri chahat hai har mausam ko terre sath jine ki,
terri sanso mein base mausam k har rang ko pine ki,

kabhi fursat mile tou mujhe batana merri jaan,
kya terra merra ye khuab sach hoga,
kya pehle ki tarah hum dono ka ek duje pe haq hoga,

kya kabhi us sukoon bhari muskan ko hum ek duje k labo pe sajayenge,
aur kya phir kabhi sab kuch bhula kar hum ek duje k ho payenge.........

Geet-di aapne apne bhavo ko mausam k anuroop dhaal diya hai....
Mann mei basi atript khawaaishyen baarish ki boondo si bikhar gayee hain.....

Hamne aksar dekha hai Baarish mei sukhe pedo par
Phir Bahaar aati he, wo hare-bhare ho jaate hain

Ye mausam ka khumaar lauta laayega tere sapno ko...

Kuch ansu merre mil gye baarish ki bundo mein,
kuch uske naam k in ankho se beh gaye,
main usse lafzo mein tou kuch na keh payi..
haan per ye mausam aur merre ansu bahut kuch keh gaye.........

Aesi hi ek raat thi aur sath hamare barsat thi,
kuch ankahe se ehsas the aur kuch ankahi se baat thi,
chand lamho mein hi mausam ne kuch aesa jadu chala diya..
k dekhte hi dekhte hamari ankho mein jazbaato ki baraat thi.........

Vo barsat ki adhi raat aur sang tha uska sath,
kuch naa keh kar bhi keh di thi dil ki har baat,
vo samjh gaya merre ehsaso ko door rehkar bhi..
kamaal ki thi vo khamoshi bhi aur vo barasti dheemi dheemi barsat.........
