tere bina jeena nahi,
tere bina merna nahi,

aankho se beh gyi jis din,
us din hamri saans nahi,

pyaar may jo kare khilwaad,
woh koi sacha  pyaar nahi,

zindagi adhuri jee hai usne,
jiska koi dildaar nahi,

jis din woh na mile kahi bhi,
us din rooh ko  karaar nahi,

jab chand may surat aaye na nazar,
us din woh haseen raat nahi,

sun ke ager koi dil na pighle,
woh gehre koi zajbaat nahi,

jab baat baat per takraar ho,
waha hota koi vishvaas nahi,

            jj saini
