zindagi akser imtehaan leti rahi.
dusro ko banaya apni pehchaan khoti rahi.

manjil tak pahuch jate hum bhi.
par raah pe chalte nazare bhatkti rahi.

hath pakad kar sabko paar lagate gaye
apni hi zindagi  majhdaar me latakti rahi.

apno ne hi di hai thoker har baar.
baat yahi har baar zism me sulagti rahi.

beyaan karate bhi to kaise haal e dil apna.
hoth seel se gaye they saanse atakti rahi.

tanhai e alam me aysa woqt gujara
ki dil tadpta raha aankhe chalkti rahi..
