Amrita Singh had a whirlwind lusty affair with the immortal stud Vinod Khanna, who was almost a decade and a half older to her. The affair culminated into an engagement in August 1988. but lived short as the engagement broke in December 1988. Amrita later married a much younger, Saif Ali Khan, while Vinod repeated his report with a younger Savita Daftarry who is just a few years older to his sons.

Raj Kapoor had employed 150 people to erect a massive temple at his farmhouse at Loni, near Pune. The set was used for the film SATYAM SHIVAM SUNDARAM.
