On the eve of my sweet little doll's Birthday @28 may


 कमल  केतकी  गुलाब  या गुलबहार  हो  तुम
 सावन  आये   झूम  के  वो  मल्हार   हो  तुम

 रोशनी  से  धुला  दिन  तारों   से  सजी  रात
 मेरे   लिये   ईश्वर  का   पुरस्कार   हो  तुम

 नाज़- ओ- अंदाज़  हैं  नये  नये  ख़्याल तिरे
 दौर-ए-आज  में मिरे दिल की  पुकार हो तुम

 दिल  में  खुशी  हो ज़्यादा या ग़मगीन  बहुत
 उन  पलों  की  हर ज़रूरत में  शुमार हो तुम
 
 शायद  तुम्हें  मालूम  न  हो  मुस्कान  मिरी
 पुराने  खंडहर  में  फूलों  का  संसार  हो तुम

 ऐसा  नहीं  है  हरगिज़  तिरी  बात  बात है
 दिल  थाम  के  सुनूं  ऐसा  समाचार हो तुम

 तिरी  मासूमियत  में   पाया  देर- ओ -हरम
 तो  जाना  'सरु' ने  खुदा का दीदार  हो तुम
