Jo he khudse jyada apnoke liye jita,
Pariwarki jimmedariyoko jo he hanskar udhata,
Khilauneke sang jo he khushiyabhi  deta,
Himat or samaj dekar jo he honsala badhata,
Khushnasib he vo insa jiske sang  he pita.

પ્રેમ -વ્હાલ અને લાડનો સ્ત્રોત છે પપ્પા,
જ્ઞાન-હિંમત અને અનુભવનો સાગર છે પપ્પા,
બક્ષે છે માસુમ હસતું-રમતું બાળપણ પપ્પા,
ખુશીઓ સુખથી છલોછલ જીવન અર્પે છે પપ્પા,
આપણું અસ્તિત્વ જેને આભારી એ છે પપ્પા,
આજનો દિવસજ શા માટે સદા ખુશ રહે મારા પપ્પા...
