Some Interesting Tips for Success by Mr Azim Premji

1.Have a dream. Dreams are very powerful internal motivators.

2.Stay on course even if you stumble. Difference between great achievement and mediocrity is not extraordinary talent or intelligence, but
perseverance.

3.Do not be afraid to admit your ignorance.

4.Think about what you will take on next rather than about what you may be letting go.

5.Contribute in every situation. This is only way to keep learning.

6.Pursue excellence in whatever you do. Have an all consuming passion to do your best.

7.Take your careers seriously but do not take yourself too seriously. Laugh and find humour everyday.

8.Always know what you are really good at. Focus on areas where your talents truly is .

9.Always welcome feedback even if it comes in the guise of criticism.

10.Always play to win. Winning is not about making other person lose but
about stretching yourself to your own limits. Once so stretched, you will
realize true extent of your potential.

11.Transformation is about reaching and utilizing not only your potential
but those of others who work with you.
