                      hui humse yeh nadani teri mehfil me aa baithe
                      ho kay zameen ke khak asmaan se dil laga baithe

                      rakhte the martaba hum bhi iss shahar mein,
                      dekar dil tujhe apna khud ko mitaa baithe,

                      youn chalte-chalte tujh se ek mulaqaat ke baad,
                      khawaab teri joostjoo ka hum sajaa baithe,

                      abb kisi chehre ki taraf uthti nahin nazar meri,
