Kisi ki yaad mein aisa bhi haal kya karna
Ke jo mila nahin uska malaal kya karna
Ab aisa kya hua tum jaan haar baithi ho
Zara se hijr pe khud ko nidhaal kya karna
Use bhulana badi baat to nahi phir bhi
Use bhulane ka koi kamaal kya karna
Ye zindagi to faqat rog ban gai hai ab
Dil-e-tabah ka har pal khayal kya karna
