E-Zindgi nahi koi tujhse gila
tune to har-su mera saath hai diya
badnaseeb to meri takdir hai nikli
jo har koi mujhse bichdta gaya

aaj fir koi mujhse bichda hai yahaan
jisne har waqt hasaane ka waadaa tha kiya
mukar gaya wo har baat se apni
keh gaya usne to bas dikhawaa tha kiya

mein ro bhi na saki or har khushi bhi chin gayi
har khwaab mera jal khaak ho gaya
mein jalti rahi or aankhein surkh thi
kya biti hai mujhpar kisi ko pata bhi na chala

karu kyu ab mein koi uske liye dua
jo usne chaaha wo use mil gayaa
mila diya tune ek nayi haqikat se mujhko
E-Zindgi karu ab mein tera shukriya
