Phir ussi doraahe pe khadi hu
Jahaan se pahle bhi chali thi
Phir wohi bhool jaanbujh ke kii hai
Jo pahle bhi naa chahte huy ho gayi thi

Phir ussi intzaar ki raah par padi hu
Jahaan se pahle bhi sang saathi ke chali thi
Phir ussi orr dard ke sirhaane khadi hu
Jahaan pahle bhi ghayal zakhmo ki laash padi thi

Phir wohi tanha intzaar intzaar ki raahe hai
Jisey pahle bhi maut ke paas udhaar chhor gayi thi
Phir ussi shoonya mein aawaaz de rahi hu
Jahaan pahle bhi meri hii pukaar thi

Guzraa jeevan intzaar kii amaanat thi
Shesh bhi Intzaar ki sadak hai...........
