                Paa liya hai tujh ko, khud ko khone ke baad
                   Chahat hai hasne ki itna rone ke baad
 
               Khushi ho na sirf mere chehre pe khili hui
             Ye mile khudaya har mazloom ke chehre pe shadaab

                 Bhool jayenge har talkhiyan guzre zamane ki
             Aane wale waqt ka istaqbal is tarah karenge ‘shabab’
                         ********************
             Apne Yoindia ke doston ki bhi puri ho har tamannayen
        Yahi hai iss nacheez ki tahe dil se nav-varsh ki shubh-kaamnayen
