pyar tujhe bhi hai humse, hum maante hain,
rota tu bhi hai humari yaad mein, ye jaante hain.
lekin ye dooriyan humse ab sahi nahin jaati,
aankhon se behti nadiya ab roki nahin jaati.
bulana chahta hai tumhe ye paagal dil
par awaaz ab humse lagayi nahin jaati.

yaad teri aati hai to jaan nikal jaati hai,
yun har pal marne se behtar maut nazar aati hai.

phir chupke se aahein bharta hai koi
phir pyar se humein bulata hai koi
par hum to bahut door ja chuke hein
kyunki patthar sa apna dil banata hai koi.

zindagi mein kuch bhi haasil na kar paaye,
na ji paaye, aur na hi mar paaye.
har baar dil mein basa hua koi rok leta hai,
na wo humein bhula paya na hum use bhula paaye.
