Wisdom of the ages (3)

WISE

"Wise men speak because they have something to say;
Fools because they have to say something."

There is something important to report,
That is when the wise speak.
But fools must speak,  
Because that their’s habit they can’t resist.
Sire! Whatever the reason they have to speak!
