आदाब

सभी के काम आना चाहता हूँ
गले सबको  लगाना चाहता हूँ

छलकती आंख हर ग़म से जुदा हो
सभी  को यूं  हसाना चाहता हूँ

कितीबें ही किताबें हों ज़मीं पे
फसल ऐसी उगाना  चाहता हूँ

खिज़ा को भी मुअत्तर यार करदे
कली ऐसी खिलाना चाहता हूँ

वफ़ा की धूप लाये जो शहर में
मैं वो सूरज  उगाना  चाहता हूँ

जहाँ पे  मौत होती भुखमरी से
वहाँ  चूल्हे  जलाना  चाहता हूँ

तसव्वुर जब मेरा हो खिल उठें दिल
मैं  ऐसे  याद  आना  चाहता हूँ

सुकूँ  गीतों  में  मेरे 'आरज़ू ' हो
ग़ज़ल में  मुस्कुराना चाहता हूँ
