Tune khud hi uthaya mujhe,
Phir mitti me gira diya,
Dost bana to tha mera,
Kaise dosti ka sila diya,
Na thi teri koi majburi,
Na maine koi gila kiya,
Tune apni hasti to banali,
Par Mujhse daga kiya,
Tune khud hi uthaya mujhe,
Phir mitti me gira diya!

Ab tujhse umid hi kya karti,
Jo tune jata diya,
Apne ek chahne wale ki,
Chahat ko khushi se mita diya,
Na soch ise meri kamzori,
Na parwa kisi anjane ki,
Ab se tu bhi anjana hoga,
Elan-e-jahan kiya,
Tune khud hi mitayi apni hasti,
Khud ko hi gira diya!!
