I have just read the beautiful Poem in English by Nashvani In My Dreams on Oct 1 2013.
Lot of poets have written on the subject, I am writing below 2 lines by Faraz.

Raat Khud Ko Bari Mushkil Se Sulayaa Hai 'Faraaz'
Apni Aankhon Ko Tere Khaabon Ka Laalach De Kar....

I have written the following lines myself.

Yeh Jo Tum Jaldi So Jaate Ho Keh Shayad, Main Aajaun Khaabon Mein,
Khaab To Khaab Hi Rahen Ge, Inhen Hakikat Kyon Nahin Banaa Lete....

Maana Mein Tere Khaab Hon Koi Hakikat Nahin
Sunaa Hai Dua Se Khaab Bhi Kakikat Ho Jaate Hain.....

Kambhakht Aajataa Hai Har Roz Khaabon Mein Milne,
Lagtaa Hai Ke Usey Wajud Mein Aate Sharam Lagti Hai....
