lafzon mein hai jaise sangeet ko raagni
chehre par hai jaise noor ki shabnami
dil mein lagta hai jaise samaai hai mohabbat
bechaini hai itni na milti kahin raahat
chand ko bhi shikwa hai ab to humse
jabse humne naam de diya hai apne mehboob ko chandani

TUJKO DEKH KAR CHAND PAR BHI ASAR HOJATA HAI GEHRA
KABHI APNI CHANDANI KO DEKHTA HAI
KABHI CHUP DEKHTA HAI TERA CHEHRA.
