Mera dil hai ek patta jo tere pyar ki shaakh se toota hai ,

bahaar e wafa ke aane se pehle ,
patjarh e bewafa ka kaher toota hai .

Mila na chahat ka paani ise samjha tha ishq sagar jise ,

isi jhooti umeed pe aakhir haryali se pehle sookha hai.
