Jism se rooh ko milne na dena ,
dil mein chahat na rehne dena .

Khud ko Mujse  juda kar diya hai .

Yeh kaisa waada tumne mujse liya hai .

Yaad na kabhi tum karna ,
khud ko yun barbaad na karna ,

saansein chheen kar jeene ka dilasa diya hai ,
yeh kaisa waada tumne mujse liya hai
 
Na likhna koi paigham mujhe .
Na kehna milne ko kisi shaam mujhe ,

wafa ke pyale mein tumne bewafai ka mujhe jaam diya hai ,

yeh kaisa waada tumne mujse liya hai
