Whenever i needed warmth, you were there to cuddle me up
Whenever i needed silence, you knew just when to shutup
Whenever i needed a friend, someone i could talk to
You were there to listen, i could confide in you
Whenever i was crying, you wiped my tears
Whenever i was happy, you shared my cheers
Whenever things got bad, and i thought i couldnt go on
You gave me strength, and made me feel so strong
Whenever i was angry, you calmed me down
Whenever i was helpless, you turned my life around
Whenever i was sick, you helped me to get well
Whenever i needed you, all i had to do was yell
So now i'm saying thank you, i just wanted to let you know
that you are in my heart, and i'll never let you go
i owe you so much for all you've done, and i'll love you til the end
so in case i ever forget to tell you, "you are my best friend"
