Asar usko zara nahi hota
Ranj rahat faza nahi hota

Tum hamare kisi tarha na hue
Warna dunia me kya nahi hota

Narsaai se dam ruke to ruke
Main kisi se khafa nahi hota

Tum mere paas hote ho goya
Jab koi dosra nahi hota

Haal’e’dil yaar ko likhon kyon kar
Haath dil se juda nahi hota

Daman uska jo hai daraz to ho
Dast’e’ashiq rasa nahi hota

Kisko hai zaoqh’e’talq kami laek (Laekin)
Jung bin kuch maza nahi hota

Carah’e’dil siwae sabar nahi
So tumhare siwa nahi hota

Kyon sune arz’e’muztar ae Momin
Sanam akhir khuda nahi hota
