Dil ki baat labon pr lakr ab tak hm dukh sahte haen
Hamne suna tha is basti me dil wale bhi rahte haen

Beet gaya sawan ka mahina mosam ne nazre badle
Leken in pyasi ankhon se ab tak ansoo bathe haen

Ek hameen awara kahna koi bada elzaam naheen
Dunya wale dil walon ko aur bohot kuch kahte haen

Jinki khater saher bhi choda jinke lie badnaam hue
Aaj wahee hamse begaane begaane se rahte haen

Woh jo abhe es raah guzr se chak greban guzra tha
Is awara deewane ko jaleb jaleb kahete haen
