aik hee yeh aarzoo thee jis ke mit jaane ke baa.d
dil mein koyee our na aayaa tare aane ke baa.d

jaan e jaana main hi thaa ik tere raste ki deewaa.r
kaam tere ho gaye sab mere mit jaane ke baa.d

choo rahe they zalimon ke sar mere paayoN ke sath
kis qadar oonchaa thaa main soolee pe chadh jaane ke baa.d

poochte phirte hain woh yeh marne waala kou.n thaa,...
aa rahe hain jiskee mayyiat lou.g dafnaane ke baa.d,..

zindagee hai apni sadiq mey kee boutal ki misaa.l,...
pheink dete haiN jise sab dil koh behlaane ke baad,..

aik hee yeh aarzoo thee jis ke mit jaane ke baa.d
