kaale baadal tab chhatt jayenge
rukh se parda jab wo sarkayenge

kohinoor si chamak chehre ki
kab talak wo chupa payenge

naagin bhi tab sharmayenge
kuch ‘iss’ ada se jab wo lahrayenge

bahaaron ke phool tab khil jayenge
surkh hothon se jab wo khilkhilayenge

kachche fal bhi be-mausam pakk jayenge
haya se jab wo palken apni jhapkayenge

dil dhadak uthenge patthdron ke kb
tirchi nazron se qahar jab wo barpayenge

dekh ke toli deewano ki
kataar me hum b lag jayenge
