Zulfen hain jaise raat ke taaron ki jal-thal ,hathon me rang-e-hina khusbu se bhari ghazal       Aanchal! ki jaise sajde ka geet koi likha hua,tasveer-e-khwaab ki shamma rahti musalsal              Kajal to jaise chain hai khud unki bekarari ka,chandan si khushbu aaye jaen jo vo tahal       Gesu hain jaise baagh ke taseer ki raunak,sapne ki soorat bhi rakhti ansuni halchal    Saanson ki bandishen hain ya sargam hai mahshar ki,lafzon me zindaganiyaan nahi rakhti koi ajal     Kalam numaaya aisi mano kashish mehtaab ki hai,chaandni utarti hai bus itni kalaam ki adal
