Urdoo(Hindi) vs Hindi Dictionary

Dear Sahiba,

I am new to this community and I love shayari but the problem is some time I am not able to find out the meaning of some urdoo words.

So can u pls suggest me the name of any dictionary which is in hindi and also describes the meaning of urdoo words in hindi.
