Dots ... ka shayri mein role

Sir,
Mujhe aajkal online ya published shaayri / poems mein line ke end mein aksar ... dots dekhne ko milte hain.hamare vaqat mein aisa nahin tha ya main dekh nahin paya.in dots ka line ke end mein yaa beech mein reader ke liye kaya matlab? Shaayar/kavi ko   
Vichaar nahin milte ya voh reader per chhod deta hai? Ya ise stop । ke liye istemal karts hai. Samjhayen! Shukriya!

That is nothing, just to stop even one dot, two dots or three dots. If more than three dots, just repeat the same line or complete to incomplete phrase.
Aksar poetry mein ‘Matla’ har band ke baad padha jaata hai, aur aksar likhte waqt adha hi likha jaata hai, then dot dot dot ......... means you have to complete if you like.
