Kehat Kathin Samujhat Kathin Sadhan Kathin Vivek!
(Pehle to samjhana he mushkil hay, samjha bhi diya jaaye to samajhna mushkil hay aur samajh mein bhi aa jaaye to saadhna mushkil hay)

This line by an enlightened sage sums the whole of spirituality.

First, it is very difficult to explain the nature of God to a common man who is living in the world engaged in day to day activities of various types for arranging food, cloth and shelter for himself and his family and trying to find joy and happiness in consequence of his effort.

Secondly, even if a wise sage happens to explain the nature of God fully to the common people then it is no guarantee that all of them would understand exactly what the sage wanted them to understand. Just like students of different calibre in a classroom in a school, different people would grasp the nature of God according to their grasping abilities.

Thirdly, even if the sage is able to explain fully and the people have as well understood fully then it is very difficult to live a life of discrimination and dispassion. For, there are so many attractions in the world that draw the senses towards themselves and the people find it very difficult to focus their mind towards God and spirituality.

If someone, just after reading a few lessons of Science or doing a degree or even doctorate in Science thinks that he is the wisest and knows all that has to be known, then there is no greater fool than him. For what is our galaxy as compared to the Universe, nothing!

What is Sun as compared to millions of Stars in our galaxy, nothing!

What is earth as compared to the size of the Sun, nothing!

The habitable part is just ¼ part of the earth and the rest is covered with water. The inhabitable part of earth is divided into many countries. And each country has many towns and cities that are further sub-divided into local places. What is a local place as compared to the whole of earth, nothing!

And there are numerous people inhabiting this earth in different countries and their different towns and cities. What is one person compared to so many numerous people, nothing!

And what are thousand, million or even billion people as compared to Sun, our Galaxy and this Universe. They just do not matter at all. Isn’t it amazing that people who do not matter at all say that God does not exist? And that they know everything. This is the height of foolishness.

God is not a subject matter of argument. Nobody has understood God by arguments. Because for every argument, there is a counter argument.

So, what is the solution?

The solution is, if you sincerely want to understand God and His nature and meaning in the meaningless happenings in this world then, keep your mouth shut. This is the foremost prerequisite on the spiritual path. Read the biographies of saints. Go and listen to Satsang of the enlightened regularly. Associate with the wise and seek their help. Read scriptures like Bhagvad Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharat, and Srimad Bhagvat etc.

After all, if so many people are listening to Satsang and praying to God, then there must be some truth in it. Or are they all fools and scientists are the few wise people on this earth to have taken birth?

Nothing in the nature happens instantly. Everything happens slowly. Have Faith and Patience. In the words of Sai Baba of Shirdi, we must have Shraddha and Saburi [Faith and Patience]

Dhire Dhire Re Mana, Dhire Sab Kuch Hoye
Mali Sinche Sau Ghara, Ritu Aaye Fal Hoye

If someone listens to Satsang daily, associates with the wise and minds what he/she eats, sees, hears, smells and touches then in due course the secrets start to reveal themselves to that sadhak and he starts grasping the nature of God. Grasping the nature of God doesn’t mean that he has realized God and become perfect. Understanding the nature of God is just the beginning of Sadhna.

Perfection comes only after experience and experience comes only after doing Sadhna. First we should reach the state from where Sadhna could begin, experience would automatically come later.

The first step for a Sadhak is purity in Food. It’s very very important for a sadkhak to mind what he eats, sees, hears, reads, smells and touches.

I will try to explain the importance of purity of food in sadhna in next post.

When the food is pure, one’s whole nature becomes pure; when the nature becomes pure, the memory becomes firm; and when a man is clear in thought, one experiences freedom.

God bless everyone!

pooja ji,
kirpa karke kisi bhi tarah ke words ko use karne aur karne dene main koi harz nahin hai, agar sankoch hi karte rahenge to sachaai kaise maaloom paregi.

aur guru ji,
scintist log to phir bhi janglon ki khak chan kar, doorbeen se door ke taaron ko dekhkar aur prayog aur mehnat karke gyan hasil karte hain aur aisa daava bilkul nahin karte ki woh sarw-gyata hain.ye daawa to dharmik log karte hain.agar koi scintist logon ko galat prove kare to woh ise maan leete hain......aur kisi scientist ne ye nahin kaha ki "there is not god",maine to nahin(aur main scientist bhi nahin) maine to ye kaha hai ki "i dont know there is god or not and it is yet to be proved" aur "we all are ignorent"

is it not amazing that people like us (who does not matter according to u) only by meditation and personal experiences says"GOD EXISTS( BUT ALTHOUGH WE CANT PROVE IT)and WE KNOW EVERYTHING AND SHUT UR MOUTH OTHERWISE GOD WILL CURSE U..................."is it amazing or not?

agar ginti hi truth ka paimana hai to kya hum sab ko sabhi dharmon ko chorkar isaai nahin ban jaana chahiye kyonki woh ginti main humse kahin jyada hain.kripya bataaen............

aur ek shishya ki kya himmat ki wo guru kaa majak uraae ye to meri shankaaen hain kripya mujhe parhne ko naa bhejen aur aapne ye sab parh rakha hai swayam in shankaaon kaa uttar dee kar kritarth karen

if there is counter argument of ervery argument then please give.......

Ranjeetji, I would appreciate if you stop calling me guru…I am nobody’s guru…I am just an instrument in the hands of God…please address me with my name…

And I never said that if u don’t accept God, then God will curse you…so there is nothing amazing about it…

Actually, amazing thing is that God cannot curse anyone…even if HE curses anyone, the curse turns out to be a boon…that is HIS glory…

The first requirement to become a good shisya is to be humble…

Tatviddhi pranipaten pariprashnen sevya [Gita]
First of all the disciple should bow down [means, the disciple should be humble in front of the gurus] properly in front of the Guru and then ask his questions to clear the doubts…

Sometimes, I do use harsh language…kya karain, control nahi hota…

Humari harsh language ko parkar bhi apko gussa nahi aata hay, it means u fulfill the first requirement of being humble…you can learn quickly…and I am not the right person to teach you…cause I am still an ignorant person…I am just a sadhak not a siddha…don’t know when I will reach the state of eternal bliss and become a siddha…but I am certain about one thing…whatever I know is true…there is no doubt about it in my mind…and whatever I have learnt, its all by the grace of Gurudev…by reading a lot of books and listening to a lot of Satsang…I did not learn all these things just by reading one book and listening to Satsang of one gyani guru…so, its wrong on your part to say that you want to learn everything from me and that you do not want to read any books or go to Satsang…if you are truly curious about God, its very very important to read the books of wisdom and follow the Satsang of the enlightened…

First you need to clear your concept of God…God is entirely different from what the common person thinks about Him…and that concept can be cleared only by doing Satsang…now, there are lot of people out there doing Satsang…all of them have their own theories…but the one in which I believe in and which is the only theory that can give answers to all the questions is the theory of Vedanta…i.e. there is only ONE without a SECOND in this Universe…and that theory is scientific also…it won’t be possible to make u understand in just a few mails what I learnt in years…u have to be extremely patient, if you truly want to understand God…keep listening to Satsang and reading good books…and slowly you will begin to grasp the subtle concept…

One essential thing that you need to do is to take greatest care of your Food…I will try to post article on the importance of Food in spirituality as soon as possible…

And please do not say again and again that existence of God is still to be proved…God is not a subject matter of laboratory experiments…God is Infinity…just try to think and imagine Infinity…mind stops working…when even mind can not conceive of Infinity, how could you bring the Infinity into your test tubes…God has created us, we haven’t created God…so how could we control God…man has made Computer, so he can control it also…have u seen anywhere that Computer has started controlling men and women…its against law of nature…so forget about proving God’s existence in your test tubes…it will never happen…

God is subject matter of experience and the experience is such that cannot be explained…

Jane so bole nahi bole so anjaan…

One who says knows not and one who knows says not…

To define God is to defile God…

All that we could learn about God by reading books and going to Satsang is to make a general idea about HIM in our mind and find the path that leads to HIM…
