Hardam jo hosh khote   rahe
kabhi jagte kabhi sote rahe

gairon me aksar nazar ate hain
yaadon me jinki hum rote rahe

Hifazat me jinki toofan mein hum
Meri kashti  wo hi dubote rahe

Dua me jo uthe the  adab se sada
us hatheli par chale kyu hote rahe

Basti ki basti basa kar ke hum
akele hi ghar me yun sote rahe

panahon me meri hi aakar ke wo
seene mein nashtar chubhote rahe

Har pal chala tha jisne mujhe
hum sapne use ke sanjote rahe

Log hairaan ho meri maut par
kabhi hanste rahe  kabhi rote rahe

Hardam jo hosh khote  rahe
kabhi jagte kabhi sote rahe
