DIL MEIN HAI EK JAKHM, KISI SE KYU SHIKAYAT KARU IS PEER KI,
AANSUON KI SHYAHI SE KITAB LIKHI HAI IS TAQDEER KI.
TU GAM NA KAR YEH SOCH KAR KI TUMSE YEH KYA HO GAYA,
KISMAT HI KHUDA NE KUCH AISI BANAI HAI SAMEER KI.

hai etbaar ki tujhse milna ab kabhi,
nahi baki raha ab kismat mein meri.
par rooh aaj bhi meri deedar ko tarasti hai,
yeh kaisi kasak hai chahat mein teri.
