Kya kami thi meray pyaar mein,
Jo wo saks mera na hua.
Chaha to bahut usnay bhi mujhay,
Na janay phir ussay mujh par kyun aitbaar na hua.
Khaak kar dee zindagi shamaa ban kar mainay,
Ek wo hi mera parwana na hua.
Jalti rahi sab bar mein phir bhi,
Uskay dil ka wo kona roshan na hua.
Chaha to mujhay bahut logon nay lekin,
Jisko bhi mainay chaha,wahi mera na hua.
