Kee aankhein bhi band par aansun na chipa paye,
Lakh chipayee soorat parchayi na chipa paye,

Joothi muskano ke is shahar mein,
hum khud ko bhi aaina na dikha paye,

Bhar jaata tha ghar barsaat mein unka,
Ek pyaase ko par vo paani na pila paye,

Kuch hunar kee jamane mein taaleem nahin milti,
Bahut kee koshish mohabbat na sikha paye,

Hota wahi hai jo Uski marji ho 'aru',
Bahut chaha par ek patta na hila paye
