A poem
Pehle bhi ham ko aap ne ruswa kya bohut
pehle bhi joor-e-ishq se ghabra gae the aap
tanhyoon ke shehr main mayoosiyoon ke beech
pehle bhi ham ko choor ker bas aa gae the aap!

khamoosh the zabaan se bola na kuch tumhain
matlab nahin tha ye ke hamain chah he na the
the muntazir, ho aap ki janib se paish raft
is ke siwae paas koi raah he nathe!

mayoos ho ke aap ne thukra diya hamain
is ishq main tu aap ne tarpa diya hamain
hathoon main haath ghair ke dena para hamain
pochain nahin ke zakhm kya sehna para hamain

ab phir se loot aye hain is zindagi main aap
ham ko bula rahe hain phir rah-e- wafa pe aap
is baar raah e ishq pe choora ager hamain
pachtain ge phir umr bhar apni ada pe aap!
