Wo tere rukhsar se girti baarish ki bunde,
Wo meri tamannao ko unmaad se bhar jana.

Meri pyaas fir kuch iss tarah bujhana,
Ki tere girte har aansoo ko bhi pi jana.

Aaj meri kismat ka fir se daga de jana,
Apne aansu pi kar bhi pyaase reh jana.
